today...my 2 roommates and I went to Shreveport to see the air show...it was awesome...i got to see a lot of neat things while there for like a couple hours...being on the AFB made me miss somethings about the military life...i miss meeting people from all over the nation....some may say i can get that here at college...but its still not the same as in the military....also i miss the little community on the base....some may also say that i get that at college too....but at college ur in this little bubble....on the base u are kept up with the world around u there is no bubble....also on the base there are a different breed of people than those in the civilain world....lets just say i miss some aspects of the military still.....but at the same time...i still have a lot of the benifits of a military brat which i greatly enjoy...like today at the air show...i was able to go into it without going through a metal detector...i was allowed to go through a really short and quick line all because i had a military ID card...i miss somethings of being a military brat and others i dont

wihle chatting with a friend today....somebody came up in the chat....someone i know well and someone he wished he could have gotten to know...this guy B is one of my best guy friends here on campus...its sad seeing him graduate this past semester....but at the same time i am really happy for him...also i know i will miss him a lot...some people know who i am talking about...b and i have talked about a lot of stuff....i know what topics can get him going and boy do those get him going....i also can get myself in some pretty deep holes and there is hardly any digging out of them while chatting with him...overall he has taught me a lot these past two years and i will miss him next year...at least i know for a fact he keeps in touch as much as he can and whenever he has time and that is all i ask for

i finally moved into my new room with me new roommate....we are gonna have a blast...we went out and bought food today...much needed food..we also arranged our room....these rooms are a lot bigger than those in GH....they are really nice....

Other than moving to my new room...i attended graduation on sat...a lot of my friends graduated especially a very special friend...i will miss him...but i am happy that he accomplished his goals and graduated from college...

after graduation....i have pretty much been doing nothing this weekend...it feels good to not have to do work especially in the area of school work...it was wonderful...

also tonight i was able to talk to a friend that i have not talked to in a long time....we both were really busy last semester...tonight we chatted online and caught up with each others lives...i was happy that we were able to talk tonight...

anyways...i am off to bed...been a long day...will write more often now
